With the political and social climate that we are in people are using there voices more than ever to be heard in the world. For there Paris Fashion Fall 2018 show Dior choose to pay homage to that of protesters of the 1960's. The set was covered in old magazine clippings from 1968, poster clippings and feminist slogans. It was the 50th anniversary of the student protests of that time that crossed all of Paris.

It's interesting how things in the world come full circle even though this took place in Paris 50 years ago. Here in America we have the women protesting for equal pay and other rights and the students protesting about gun laws after the shooting that happened in Florida. What I like was the symbolism behind putting not putting the words on shirts but instead the stage so even when you show up not only inside on the walls outside the building you get the experience too.
